Ingredients: to serve 6-8 people

1 large baguette, sliced diagonally

extra virgin olive oil

garlic cloves, peeled

 

Toppings:

Very ripe tomatoes

Pesto

Goats cheese

Sundried tomatoes

Tapenade

A selection of air dried hams and meats

 

You will need…… Sharp knife   

 

How to make brushetta….WASH YOUR HANDS     

 

1. Toast the baguette slices on both sides, drizzle over a little olive oil and run a garlic clove over the toasted, crunchy bread.  This will release the flavours of the garlic and oil onto the bread.  Add your toppings.
