This ‘stress buster’ class focusses on the fitness elements of boxing training in a 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio workout, using partner pad drills and boxing combinations. An element of strength and conditioning work is included in this workout to ensure your body becomes stronger and more resilient.
Boxing teaches you to be physically and mentally strong, develops hand-eye coordination, core strength, relieves stress and empowers you. Expect to have great fun and sweat plenty!
