Splash and tumble @ Chalfont st peter Lesuire centre

We went to the splash and tumble at chalfont st peter lesuire centre and had a great time! It was £6 a session (non members) on thursday starting at 10.30am in the pool which was a little cold but we were distracted with toys, floats and childrens music. We then got out at 11am and headed for the Gold hill room which was small and had a selection of toys and a bit of softplay. Was greeted by the lovely swimming instructor who gave us a coffee and juice and was very welcoming! The changing rooms are warm, clean and dry and we were able to have lunch after in the canteen area.

Splash 'n' Tumble@chesham sports centre
I have taken my daughter to the sunday morning session 10-12, starting with the splash at 10 then tumble at 11. Was a bit dissappointed that the 'Warm training pool' is closed for the next 6-8 weeks but was pleased that they had turned up the temp in the main pool and provided small toys such as boats and fish. The changing rooms were very wet and freezing! The Tumble was pretty good although lots of older children running about so not really reccomended for very little ones! They had a bit of softplay and access to the gym equipment such as horse box, rings and a trampoline. Overall a good experience, could be better with warmer dry changing rooms and access to the small warm pool. I expect the weekday session would have a 'younger' croud as the older children would be in school.
