Would you like to be part of an online pilot investigation aiming to improve adult’s levels of physical activity?

Do you have 10 minutes to spare?

If the answers to the above questions are yes, you are perfect for my MSc project that I’m currently carrying out at the University of Hertfordshire (UH Ethics: LMS/PGT/UH/02752).

All that is required is for you to click the following link and complete some anonymous questionnaires. You will then be sent two further follow up questionnaires 1 week and 4 weeks later, by email, again taking no more than 10 minutes to complete.

You will be helping me to complete my MSc project (no mean feat at 40yrs of age!) and possibly improving your health at the same time!
