Feast on the Farm (brought to you by the Brill family) returns to Peterley Manor Farm for its 2nd year on Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th October 2018 . The festival will take place in the greenhouses, that are transformed into a food lovers curiosity cupboard of delicious discovery. The two-day festival will be a celebration of the amazing array of produce that The Chilterns has to offer.

Twice Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar and his team will also be hosting two supper clubs kicking off on Friday 5th October and then again on Saturday 6th October, where you will be able to feast on a four-course tasting menu with paired wines and a non-alcoholic pairing menu designed by Luke Pearson, Northern Brand Ambassador for Seedlip.   Atul will also be making a personal appearance on the Chef’s stage hosted by Donna Thacker (Marlow FM, Seriously Good Food) on Saturday.

Over the two days you can expect appearances from local chefs and restaurants who collectively are making the Chilterns a food destination or those individuals who are championing seasonality and veg-centric cooking.   The Mash (Jon Parry), The Three Oaks (Mikey Seferynski), Joey O’Hare (High Mood Food), Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich (founders of Middle Eastern Restaurant Honey & Co), Luke Garnsworthy & Scott Barnard (Crockers Chef’s Table), James Graham (Pointer) and local chefs Louise Hurst and Daniel Britten.

Immersive workshops have gone from strength to strength with a programme of Chef’s masterclasses, butchery, wine tasting, fermentation, baking and a series of Instagram photography masterclasses with local foodie Ollie Eats. Not to forget about the aspiring chefs out there, this year sees the introduction of the Mini Feastival a series of learning workshops for children in the mini yurt.

There will be a sumptuous array of food offerings in Feast on the Green with Monsta Pizza, Bowler Meatballs, Native Toastie and Rumsey’s Chocolatiers Creperie.   Not to mention Atul Kochhar’s Indian Feast of small plates.

Feast on the Farm will be unveiling their brand-new area, ‘The Secret Garden Pergola’ a wild garden full of delights such as bars from Harrow and Hope, Campfire Gin and Seedlip. As well as the Producer ‘Mini Classes’, bite-sized tastings and pairings.   For those who want to sink their teeth into something that provides some food for thought then get yourself down to the Feast Lectures hosted in association with Chiltern Food Magazine, from conversations with former series producer of Saturday Kitchen, James Winter to looking at the hot topic of food sustainability and grass-fed beef to unpicking the food and drink trends of 2018.

The festival will be open from 10am –5pm and tickets are on sale now.
