Fantastic Kettlebells Class

After years of doing no exercise I decided to join a new fitness class, and try to get fitter. I was recommended CCF by a friend and I was not disappointed. The classes are great fun, outdoors and for all abilities (including myself aka couch potato :)) Trace is fab, she's really encouraging and makes sure you're doing all the exercises properly and at a pace that suits you but also keeps the pressure on to stop you from slacking off! The kettlebells class is a great work-out (I will more than likely be in pain tomorrow), very reasonably priced and I'm already looking forward to the next class. A fantastic fitness class, would definitely recommend CCF.

Better than a gym!

My friend told me about CCF after having my 3rd child as I wanted to get back into shape. Boot camps run over a 6 week period and you can either do either 1 class per week, 2 classes per week or unlimited classes. There is also the option to pay as you go. The classes are great as they are so varied and never the same format. Chris and Trace who own CCF are fantastic, very friendly, extremely motivating and adapt exercises according to your abilities. I would definitely recommend outdoor works to going to a gym!

CCF is brilliant. My husband and I have been going for the last 18 months and we are addicted. Chris and Trace who run the classes are really motivating but the classes are also a laugh. Its great to be outside and they continue all year round despite the weather. I feel much fitter and stronger and I actually have a few stomach muscles now! My favourite class is the boxing as I feel like I am learning a new sport. You can catch up if you miss a class and you can do as many or as few classes as you like per week, its also really good value for money.
